Picking the Teams

Class was cut short today. In the brief amount of time we had in class, we chose our teams for the class-based competition we will now be a part of. After we picked the teams, we did a Kahoot activity to start off the competition .

Today in class, we looked at the process of elimination more. We looked at a passage from an old AP exam and answered the multiple choice questions associated with it. Our answers were actually graded today and we got to see where we stood. Its safe to say we did miserably and still need work on the skill. I want to work on it more because it will be helpful to me in the long run.

The Orienteering Trip

I did not attend class today due to a field trip. I went orienteering with JROTC in Scoutshire Woods. Orienteering is basically finding plotted points in the woods using land navigation skills. We were in competition with other schools while orientering, so we had to find our points as fast as possible. I was the leader of my own group and we managed to find a good amount of points before time was up. This was a pretty fun trip.
